Appointments & Booking


  1. All services at Damon Spa Studio For Men are provided by appointment only.
  2. Each booking reserves private studio time and a dedicated therapist exclusively for you.
  3. By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed on this page.



Deposits & Payments


  1. All appointments require a non-refundable booking deposit (50% of the service price) and does not include tax. GST/PST is added at checkout and collected on the remaining balance at the appointment.
  2. Deposits are applied toward your service on the day of your appointment.
  3. The remaining balance + tax is due at the appointment.
  4. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.




Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy



  1. Reschedules are subject to availability.
  2. Rescheduling with 24+ hours notice transfers your deposit to the new appointment (one-time transfer). Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a late cancellation and the deposit is forfeited.
  3. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted or declined future bookings.


Late Arrival Policy


  1. Please arrive exactly on time (not early).
  2. If you arrive 20+ minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to end on time.
  3. If you arrive 20+ minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show if the schedule can’t accommodate the remaining time.
  4. Full service price applies even if shortened.



Packages, Memberships & Promotions


  1. Packages, memberships, credits, and promotional offers are non-refundable and assigned to one client only.
  2. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
  3. Expiration dates and specific terms are listed with each offer and must be respected.



Professional Boundaries & Conduct


  1. All services are non-sexual.
  2. Damon Spa Studio For Men is a professional, men-only wellness studio.
  3. The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates professional boundaries or studio rules.


Age Requirement


  1. Services are available to adult male clients only.
  2. Clients must be 19 years of age or older.



Health, Safety & Hygiene


  1. Please inform your therapist before your session of any injuries, surgeries, medical conditions, medications, or allergies.
  2. If you are unwell, have a fever, contagious condition, or skin infection, your appointment may be refused or rescheduled for safety reasons.
  3. Clients arriving under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol may be refused service.
  4. The studio follows strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with local health regulations.
  5. For your safety, common areas of Damon Spa Studio For Men are monitored by 24 hour video surveillance. Private treatment rooms are never recorded.



Studio Environment & Privacy


  1. Damon Spa Studio For Men is a private men-only space.
  2. Photography or recording inside the studio is not permitted without explicit permission.
  3. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the client.



Right to Refuse Service


  1. Damon Spa Studio For Men reserves the right to:
  2. Refuse or end a service at any time
  3. Decline future bookings
  4. Enforce all policies without exception
  5. This is done to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff.


Agreement


  1. By booking an appointment at Damon Spa Studio For Men, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
